Little child rises from a mass of dead
Of angel and demon his spirit emerge
Now, the sun is still down and everything looks dark
Eventually the light will come, said the sound
Little gardens arose around him, of vineyards and apple trees
Yet the lonely child sees that there’s nothing for him to eat
Far ahead the dark horizon sends rays of possibilities
Randomly heating the little child’s heart then suddenly disappear
Eventually the light will come again, repeated the sound
After moments of contemplation, the child sees that he’s no more young
Kneeling to the ground he watches his wrinkles then realizes that the gardens are gone

I get an impressions of reality being a nightmare.. a situation when it's better to sleep.. chilling.

A very chilling write!
ReplyDeleteChilling indeed much like those vivid scary movies that give me nightmares. Much sadness in your words.

This is sad - as a result of a not so friendly environment during his childhood years
ReplyDeleteThank you all for passing by.
ReplyDeleteI leave you with this very meaningful quote by Friedrich Nietzsche:
"To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering."
I see a workaholicTime's scythe and chariot in the lines...a beautiful write..
